1915 Stampede Manhattan
A classic Manhattan with a twist, highlighting the rich flavors of Stampede 1915 Whiskey.
Ingredients- 2 oz Stampede 1915 Whiskey
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Stir whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Trailblazer’s Tonic
A cocktail for those who love to blaze new trails, inspired by the adventurous spirit of the Pacific Northwest.
Ingredients- 2 oz Rose City Gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add Gin and top with tonic water.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
Oregon Berry Smash
Using Oregon’s bounty of blackberries and marionberries, this refreshing cocktail is terrific on a summer day.
Ingredients- 2 oz Rose City Distilling Vodka
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 Simply syrup
- 4-5 Fresh blackberries or marionberries
- Ice cubes
- Lemon wheel and blackberry for garnish
- Muddle the berries and simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add Rose City Distilling Vodka, lemon juice, ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a blackberry.
Pearl District Punch
Named after the trendy Pearl District, this punch is perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients- 2 oz Rose City Vodka
- 1 oz pear juice (local if possible)
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz soda water
- Ice cubes
- Pear slice and lemon wheel for garnish
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add vodka, pear juice, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a pear slice and lemon wheel.
Raspberry Lemonade Tailgate Special
- 1 part Snake River Stampede Whisky
- 1 part Triple Sec
- 4 parts Lemonade
- Fresh Raspberries and Lemon Slices to taste
Preferably the day before game day, combine all liquid ingredients in a large jug and stir to combine. Add the raspberries and let them steep. Add a few lemon slices o game day and serve over ice!
Pumpkin Spice Mules
- 1/2 cup RCD Vodka
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1 12oz cam Ginger Beer
- Pumpkin spice for garnish
- Cinnamon sticks for garish
- Fill 2 copper mugs with ice. Divide vodka ad apple cider between mugs, then top mugs off with Ginger Beer
- Sprinkle a little pumpkin spice on top ad garish with a cinnamon stick
Vampires Veil Manhattan
- 2 oz Ghost Owl Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes bitters
- Oak Wood Chips
- Black Cherries for garnish
- Stir Whiskey, vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice until chilled, then strain into a martini glass
- Use a cocktail smoker with Oak wood chips to infuse the drink with a gentle smoke
- Garnish with a single Dark Cherry for a dark, mysterious look!
MIDNIGHT SMOKE SOUR
- 2 oz Ghost Owl Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white (optional for foam)
- Orange peel wood chips
- Blackberried for garnish
- In a shaker, mix bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using), then shake without ice.
- Add ice add shake again until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass
- Using a cocktail smoker, infuse the orange peel wood chops for a soft, aromatic smoke that highlights the citrus.
- Garnish with Blackberries for a Halloween ready look!
Apple Cider Hot Toddy
- 1 piece of Fresh Ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
- 2 Cinnamon sticks, plus more for serving
- 1 1/2 cups Apple Cider
- 1 Lemon
- 4 oz Ghost Owl Bourbon
- Apple or lemon slices for garnish (optional)
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring ginger, cinnamon, cider, honey and Cayenne (if using) to a simmer. Remove from heat, cover, and steep 10 minutes.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard ginger and cinnamon. Briefly reheat cider over medium heat until steaming.
- Divide cider between 2 mugs. Cut Leo in half, then squeeze juice into mugs. Add Ghost Owl Bourbon and stir to combine. Garnish with apple slices (if using) and cinnamon sticks.
Rum Old Fashioned
- 2 oz Rose City Rum
- .25 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange Zest Twist ad Maraschino Cherry (garnish)
- Prepare Base: Mix cubed ice, 2oz Ten to One RCD Rum, 1/4 oz Simple Syrup ad 2 Dashes Angostura bitters I cocktail Shaker or mixing glass until ingredients merge.
- Prepare Glass: Separately, place a large ice cube in a rocks glass
- Strain Ingredients: Using a strainer, pour ingredients from mixing glass or cocktail shaker into the rocks glass containing the large ice cube.
- Garnish and Embellish: Pinch orange peel to release zest on top of the cocktail. Garnish with Maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
Cranberry Bourbon Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Ghost Owl Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet red Bermouth
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz 100% unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Fresh or frozen cranberries, rosemary sprigs
- Place the Bourbon, sweet vermouth, orange juice, unsweetened cranberry juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill it with ice and shake until cold.
- Strain the drink into an ice-filled lowball glass. If desired, garnish with fresh or frozen cranberries and rosemary sprigs.
- Pitcher Variation (8 servings): Add 1 1/2 cups Bourbon, 1 cup sweet vermouth, 2 cups orange juice, 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice, and 1/2 cup simple syrup to a pitcher. Add 2 handfuls ice and stir utility cold!
